Our History
Williams & Associates was co-founded in 2000 by Rick and Julie Williams. Their story spans two lifetimes of hard work and success. Both Rick and Julie have extensive backgrounds in the automobile industry. They came together at the apex of their careers to combine their knowledge, integrity, skills and expertise into the training and recruiting firm of Williams & Associates.
Richard Williams - CEO
Rick has more than 35 years of business experience in various fields, including 28 years in the automotive industry. Credentials include:
- CEO of a sales and management leadership and development training company/automotive management search firm.
- President/General Manager of a multi franchise automobile dealership retailing over 3000 units per year.
- President of an entertainment management and concert promotion company.
- President/Owner of a multi-franchise employment agency.
Julie Williams - President
Julie has more than 19 years of retail and wholesale automotive exprience and holds an MBA degree. Credentials include:
- President of a sales and management leadership and development training company/automotive management search firm.
- National Sales Director of a van conversion company responsible for selling in excess of $100 million of Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, GMC Truck & Van conversions nationwide.
- Various positions in retail automotive dealerships including General Sales Manager, Sales manager, Finance manager and Fleet manager.
