Sales Recruiting and Training

Dealership Managers nationwide are realizing more and more the importance of planned and effective recruitment programs. Whether using an on-staff recruiter/trainer or outsourcing to a nationally recognized firm, the investment made can be cost-effective and produce a rate of return valuable to the dealership. Williams & Associates has developed a recruiting and sales training strategy that obtains the "Best of the Best" qualified candidates available. Our process includes:

  • Placing custom-designed ads in newspaper(s) and/or internet Sites
  • National Sales Trainer-Recruiter interviews (Monday and Tuesday) and pre-selects your best candidates.
  • Three interactive leadership development training days, beginning on Wednesday.
  • Dealership Management reviews students in a one-on-one interview and makes final selection.
  • Friday afternoon completes training and seminar.

Extended 5 Day Intensive Training

This is an additional five days of sales training for people selected during the previous week's recruitment class. Students receive in-depth instruction in steps to making a succesful sale. The curriculum emphasizes building value through product knowledge, effective presentation and proper vehicle demonstration. Additionally it fosters belief in the product and provides evidence that following the proven steps while making the sale will enhance your closing skills and ensure success. This program is designed to better prepare your new salespeople to handle all your dealership's paperwork, strategies, techniques, qualifying procedures, negotiations, client development, phone etiquette and much more. Knowledge and preparation are the foundation for confidence, and confidence SELLS!
